    Yes, it is. You and your belongings are safe onboard Ancora Cruise. We carry 24h security programme and periodical safety drill. Life vest and lifeboats are available in both cabins and public spaces. For more detail about how we ensure your safety, please refer to the safety section.

    Yes, our cruises are safe for both pregnant women and children. However, please be noticed that some off-board activities may not suitable for them. All these activities are optional.

    In order to maintain a safe and secure cruise, Ancora Cruises prohibit the following items on board. If prohibited items are found, they will be removed and no compensation will be given.

    • Any illegal narcotics/drugs
    • All firearms including replicas, Imitations and their components
    • All ammunition
    • All explosives, including imitation explosives and devices

    Yes. It is important that the name on your reservation be exactly as it is on your passport or other official proof of nationality. If there are any changes, please update your document with the new name or provide an official supporting document of the name change. Otherwise, it may result in delay or possible denial of boarding.

    Yes, A minibar is provided in all cabins with a certain type of drink. These drinks are not free of charge. You can use the drinks and pay the bill at check-out.

    Yes, room service is available 24 hours a day. Whether you need an extra blanket or a late drink, our crew onboard is ready to serve.

    Yes. Wifi is available onboard, but the signal may suffer interruption sometimes due to nature of the landscape (mountain ranges blocks the signal).

    For safety reason, you are not allowed to smoke in any of the vessel’s interior spaces such as inside your cabin, reception, restaurant. However, you still can smoke in open balcony, sundeck and other places onboard designed for smoking.

    Passengers are not permitted to bring any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages on board during embarkation. Alcohol and beverage packages are available for purchase at our bar.

    Yes, you can. Please kindly provide us your dietary requests before departure so our chef can prepare a menu adjustment for you.

    No, it doesn’t. However, Ancora Cruises offer shuttle bus which departs daily from central Hanoi at 8.00am. You can purchase the transportation service separately.

    Our vessels are equipped with international standard of 220V AC. The available power outlet is the two-pole plug.

    Yes. We provide first-aid kit and basic medicine supply. There is also a medical room onboard. We strongly recommend you to bring prescription medication with the label/script so that you can refill if needed.

    No, you won’t not able to join the cruise when the ship already sails away from the port.

    Please inform us as soon as you notice the missing. We will make every effort to recover your lost items. Any transportation fee occurs to return the items will be paid by guests.

    When you arrive Ancora Cruises’ check-in lounge, our staff will label your luggage using a tag with your cabin number on it. Luggage will be delivered directly to your cabin shortly after embarkation.

    When checking out, please leave your luggage outside your cabin door. The luggage will be collected and delivered to the waiting lounge on Tuan Chau Habor.

    In case of inclement weather, Ancora Cruises will try to inform guests as soon as possible. Permission to cruise is issued by Port Authority every day.

    If permission is denied before any service is provided, guests will receive a full refund.

    If the cruise is shortened (cruising during the day and no overnight stay allowed) a partial refund will be issued for unused services.

No charge for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure date. Cancellations received within 4-7 days prior to departure date will incur 50% of total charge. Cancellations received within 3 days prior to departure date or No-Show cases will incur 100% of total charge. This booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified.
